ABOUT THE ARTIST
Arami is a singer/songwriter who is originally from Philadelphia, PA. Prior to releasing music under her current title, Arami performed and composed as a singer/songwriter, DJ, producer and sound engineer under the name ZiD Dimension. After her title change, Arami moved to Michigan when she was fifteen and made connections in the artist community in Detroit, resulting in her collaboration with multiple local producers and DJs.
After her time in Michigan came to an end, Arami moved back to Philly at seventeen and spent the proceeding months working on original music at her home studio; collaborating with various friends and local artists on a daily basis. This collaborative work began to establish Arami as a well known artist in the Philadelphia area. The singer/songwriter has also developed a number of instrumental talents that include the likes of guitar, bass and piano.
To date, Arami has released one album, ‘COOLRUNNINGS’ (2019), and four Single/EP releases: ‘Whatcha’ Like’ (2019), ‘TRYING’ (2019), ‘GIVE IT UP’ (2019), and our featured single ‘Right Now’ (2020). With the latest single already amassing over two thousand streams since it’s release, it’s fair to say that Arami is an up and coming artist to keep an eye on in 2020.

Our featured single, ‘Right Now’ by Arami, is out now and available to stream on all major streaming platforms! The single lasts three minutes and thirteen seconds and sits at a smooth 100bpm. The track commences with a twenty second introduction that sets the tone for the proceeding verse utilising gentle instrumentation that is met by a rhythmic beat at the 0:21 mark.
Arami’s vocal color is clean and emotive; perfectly matching the melodic flow of the instrumentation. The use of subtle effects and well balanced panned layers create an ambient and atmospheric sound that is unique to Arami’s creative compositional style.
