Bijy-B is an up and coming artist who burst onto the streaming scene this year. Having always had a natural affinity for music, the Boston based producer became the artist that he is today by honing his musical talent over the years and rapping for the past decade. Although he receives creative inspiration from a number of styles, Bijy-B combines a variety of compositional elements to form his unique sound.

This intricate involvement in the process of creating the album from start to finish has allowed Bijy-B to capture his singular vision for each track and truly make it his own. One of the stand out instruments that permeates throughout ‘Life In The Moment’ is the use of piano; “it is my favorite instrument and I feel like raw piano is under represented in modern rap”.

Although ‘Life In The Moment’ is technically grouped under one genre classification, each track delivers a diverse range of compositional elements that showcase Bijy-B’s songwriting talent; from the creative vocalizations, ominous melody and seamlessly synchronized lyricism of ‘12:31’, the stylistic synth and steady beat that combine to provide the perfect platform for the layered vocal line of ‘Rock Bottom Motel’, the dark instrumental vibe, emotive vocal color and catchy hook of ‘Any Idea’, to the foundational piano progression and uplifting vibe of the instrumental arrangement in ‘Project 143 (Outro)’.
