ABOUT THE ARTIST

Deneb is a rising artist who burst onto the streaming scene this year. The Montevideo (Uruguay) born songwriter has been making music for most of her life and began the process of working with producers to record her original material last year; elevating her sound to an industry level standard.

Having spent her teenage years in a band, Deneb made the decision to “bet big” on her solo career, overcoming her shyness and insecurity about sharing her music with the public, and emerged as the artist she is today. Deneb composes all of her own tracks; recording bass and drumbeats, in addition to writing the lyrics. Receiving creative inspiration from a number of artists such as Sara Bareilles, Haim, Mumford & Sons, Bon Iver, and Alfonsina, Deneb has honed her individual sound since making the decision to go solo and is ready to share it with the world.

To date, Deneb has one single in her online discography, ‘Quién’, which has amassed almost eight thousand two hundred streams on Spotify alone since its recent release. With a growing number of followers and listeners, there is no denying the fact that Deneb is developing a dedicated following of loyal fans. In addition to her debut single and upcoming release, Deneb is also working on her third single ‘Places’, and her first EP.

The single lasts around two and a half minutes and sits at a steady 80bpm. ‘I Will Love Again’ begins with a six second intro that features a solo acoustic guitar which sets the tone and builds anticipation for the instigation of the main vocal line.
