ABOUT THE ARTIST
Diva Prime is an independent artist who’s sound stylistically varies when it comes to genre classification; “[she is] not limiting her abilities to one particular sound”. Her unique and authentic style has resultantly developed a dedicated following of loyal fans who admire and support her contribution to creative women in the music industry. Diva Prime’s musical inspiration comes primarily from her two children who motivate her to continue to push the boundaries of her sound and break any limited expectations that surround her creative process. Diva Prime’s first performance was in the Showcase; providing “her first taste of performing” and inevitably giving her the realisation that a career in the music industry was the right decision. Diva Prime is currently represent by AMN Promotion.
To date, Diva Prime has fourteen Single/EP releases which are available on her online discography. Some of her most successful tracks include the likes of ‘Time Wasters’, amassing almost forty-seven thousand streams, ‘Tears’ with almost forty-three thousand streams, and ‘DIVA SLAYERS’ gathering over twenty-one thousand streams on Spotify alone. With stats like that, there is no denying the fact that Diva Prime has thoroughly established herself within the music industry.

Our featured EP, ‘The Diva in Me’ by Diva Prime, is out now and available to stream on all major streaming platforms! The EP consists of six unique tracks and lasts around seventeen minutes.
The title track, ‘The Diva in Me’, lasts three minutes and sits at a smooth 111bpm. The single commences with a sixteen second introduction that combines a lead guitar riff with a panned/subtle piano and spontaneous vocalisations; setting the melodic tone for the proceeding verse. Diva Prime’s vocal color is emotive and soulful; seamlessly synchronising with the instrumental flow. The main beat kicks in at around the 0:34 mark and is used to reinforce the main melodic hook; making it all the more memorable.
