ABOUT THE ARTIST
Jonni Apollo is an up and coming rapper who first burst onto the music scene this year with his debut album: ‘Chains From Apollo’. After going through a period of depression, Jonni Apollo stepped back from the music industry to gather himself amidst a number of personal challenges. Having recognised that rap was his natural and authentic means of channeling his creative energy, Jonni wrote and recorded his debut album which dropped earlier this year; establishing the Apollo Brand.
To date, Jonni Apollo has one album and five single/EP releases in his online discography. Some of his most popular tracks include the likes of ‘Chains From Apollo’, amassing almost sixty-seven thousand streams, and ‘Afieroméni Stin (Dedicated To)’, with forty-nine thousand streams on Spotify alone. With more than forty-four thousand monthly listeners, there is no denying the fact that Jonni Apollo has developed a dedicated following.

With the systematic release of his latest EP (new music dropping every Tuesday), two of the five new tracks from the EP have been released and are available to stream on Spotify: ‘Delphi (Temple of Apollo)’ and ‘Erythaea (Word Puzzles)’.
‘Delphi (Temple of Apollo)’ features an ominous instrumental that provides the perfect platform for Jonni’s fast paced and impressive lyricism that seamlessly synchronises with the smooth melodic flow of the melodic accompaniment. ‘Erythaea (Word Puzzles)’ commences with a swelling synth that incorporates stylistically panned atmospheric layers; setting the tone for the proceeding vocal. Multiple vocal layers amalgamate to form a singular sound that is an authentic representation of Jonni’s creative compositional style. With the main melodic hook contrasting to the effortless verse, this track has just the right amount of dynamic diversity.
