ABOUT THE ARTIST

Sean Trelford is a Cambridge based up and coming artist who burst onto the streaming scene this year with his debut single ‘Dearest One’. Having had an interest in music since the age of five, the now fourteen year old songwriter has developed a talent for playing the guitar, bass, drums, saxophone and piano.

Even though Sean has only started to release his music online, he has already accomplished a plethora of achievements that have provided him with the experience he needed to cultivate his songwriting ability; Sean won a Cambridgeshire Young Musician of the Year competition, was invited to join the Aldeburgh Young Musician (AYM) conservatoire, and has performed live at venues such as The Blue Moon and The Junction.

Although he receives creative inspiration from a number of artists such as Mac DeMarco, Tame Impala and King Krule, Sean Trelford combines a variety of stylistic elements to form his unique sound.
