FEATURED RELEASE
Our featured album, ‘Premuroso’ by Stefano Giardiniere, is to be released on the 29th of April and will be available to stream on all major streaming platforms! The album consists of ten tracks.
The first single from the upcoming album, ‘Pensoso’, lasts around five and a half minutes and sits at a steady 90bpm. The track features a foundational guitar progression that permeates throughout the piece; acting as the centre point for the rest of the instrumental layers. The implementation of cinematic strings adds a depth to the overall sound without dominating the guitar element.
Subtle percussion is gradually filtered into the mix, gently driving the overall rhythmic intensity whilst also maintaining the smooth vibe of the piece. Harmonised guitar lines amalgamate to form a unified sound that delivers a creative flare to the track. By the time ‘Pensoso’ draws to a close, you’ll find yourself lost in the memorable melody and in need of hitting that repeat button for another listen.
Although the album is technically grouped under one genre classification, each track delivers a diverse range of compositional elements that showcase Stefano Giardiniere’s songwriting talent; from the rhythmic percussion and creatively panned instrumental layering that creates the immersive experience of ‘Crepuscolo’, the palm muted riff that perfectly contrasts with the clean/harmonised guitar licks which merge with the warm strings and stylistic organ of ‘Fulmini E Tuoni’, to the dark yet emotive feel formed by the ominous melodic progression of ‘Sotto La Cascata’.
From the well balanced production to the creative compositional arrangements, fans of Stefano Giardiniere, as well as those who appreciate new and creative music, will definitely want to hear this album.
