ABOUT THE ARTIST
Jalan Veasley, is a rising artist who burst onto the streaming scene in 2020. Having always had a natural affinity for music, the Dallas born songwriter honed his craft over the years to become the artist that he is today. After graduating from the University of Memphis in the Spring of 2021, the up and coming rapper decided to move to Atlanta Georgia to pursue music as a full-time career.
Although he receives creative inspiration from a number of styles, Jalan Veasley combines a variety of compositional elements to form his unique sound and has been compared to the likes of Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, YBN Cordae, Isaiah Rashard, and Rapsody.
Despite only recently releasing his original music out into the streaming world, Jalan has accumulated a number of accomplishments; he was featured on Fetty Wap's Playlist ‘Fetty Vibes’, trained under legendary songwriter David Porter, and opened for the famous recording artist TWISTA.
To date, Jalan Veasley has two singles in his Spotify discography: ‘Sunset’, and ‘What We Go Through’. With a growing number of followers and listeners, there is no denying the fact that Jalan Veasley is developing a dedicated following of loyal fans.
