ABOUT THE ARTIST
Yanzi, also known as Cosmic Lion, is a rising artist who burst onto the streaming scene in 2020. Having always had a natural affinity for music, the Brazil-born/Florida-raised songwriter has honed his craft over the years to become the Hip-Hop artist that he is today.
Although he receives inspiration from a number of artists such as Kid Cudi, Gorillaz, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, and Bob Marley, Yanzi combines a variety of compositional elements to form his unique and authentic sound that has been described as “psychedelic Hip-Hop”.
Yanzi has already worked with a number of notable big names since his emergence such as Neme$1$, Cool Peeple, Free WXRLD, Mister Nebula, Mykel 3k, and SFMR COLLECTIVE.
